We visited the lounge twice throughout the day, and found it in the same condition. Services we paid for were not delivered: no valet parking, no room service, '24/7 snacks' consisted of Cheez-It crumbs, un-refrigerated sodas and a few yogurts with no spoons or napkins provided. Questioning that logic, as the decision significantly compromised the stays of higher-rated transient guests like us who will never return and may choose Hilton/Hyatt over the brand in the future. Hotel was overrun with unsupervised kids as part of a dance group they chose to host on graduation wkend/mother's day.
